A whole month already! Wow… did the month of June every fly ever so quickly!
Videos keep growing… and growing… and growing!
In fact, I just hit the 500 000 video views mark today! What’s all the more astounding is that the growth has only accelerated, from 7% to now 10% total growth month after month. In fact, I had over 50 000 new video views for the month of June alone… and the months of June, July and August have traditionally been my slowest months! Fantastic!
So, what happened over the course of the past month?
- At first, I announced the DXF file formats for my designs was coming this month THEN I began releasing them. The first round included the Baliste, Medieval Tower Bank, Home Gym Exerciser, P-38 Lighting Aircraft, Super Snail and Amazing Trail. Followed by the Mayan Temple Bank, Stereo Bank, TV Bank, Brontosaurus, Future Car, Chinook Helicopter, Platform Crane and Rhinoceros. Then the Crab, Elephant, Hippopotamus, Pterodactyl, Submarine and Whale.
- Got a new testimonial from Josh in the USA regarding the build of his Amazing Train and David’s Big Rig down under in Australia.
- Released two new models in DXF, EPS, PDF and Kit form with the animations rendered at 720p such as the Semi-trailer Truck and Attack Helicopter (designed by David Newman).
- Alec joined the WoodMarvels.com gang with his SnailMail design and Dirk as well with his Ultra-Modern Tray.
This month (July) is already busy as heck in the rendering department, partnerships and other really cool news… if these are our slow periods… I fear I shall get no sleep starting in September! My laptop sure hasn’t… that i7 core has rarely been under 90% maximum threshold for weeks now 🙂 HP, you make astoundingly powerful and solid laptops!
Thought of the month!
500 000 Video Views… it only took me two and a half year but if projections are right, that number should double in the next 8 months! 🙂
