WoodMarvels.com February/March 2010 Review
With my laptop going down for a month and my Mars Rover taking-up a heck of a lot of time, I haven’t been able to release that many new things over the past two months at WoodMarvels.com. The Mars Rover is rendering nicely now and should be ready for release in probably two weeks.
So what happened over the past two months?
- Testimonials from a few very happy customer such as Stephane’s Mobile Crane, Full Armor Gear Transporter and twin Baliste Siege Weapons. Matthew’s Medieval Castle Walls B was amazing as well!
- Joined the Chinese Youku and the South African Zoopy video sites.
- Dipping my toes into providing DXF file formats of our models.
…and of course, our first Devolution video for our Home Gym Exerciser.

April: Looking Forward
The major thing I look forward to in the month of April is upgrading my Autodesk 3DS Max from version 6 (which I currently use) to 2011 which will be a huge improvement and allow me to work more efficiently in addition to improving the rendering times dramatically which is the major bottleneck at the moment. It will also allow me to begin production of an animated promotional video showcasing a line of new products to be released shortly.
