Video Marketing Madness with Ray Lane and Steve Sleeper – the last interview I was on was from 1am to 2am local Perth time… this one was 2am to 3am! Brutal but a fun experience… learned a lot about interviewing from Steve and Ray’s show Video Marketing Madness.
- It’s easy to fall off-topic – the longer the show is, the more likely that you will fall off topic.
- Running off topic isn’t a bad thing, it helps to personalize things and give advice you wouldn’t normally hear or listen to.
- This is my last interview at this brutal time… waking-up in the middle of the night just isn’t for me! Luckily, this won’t be an issue any longer in a few months. I actually considered canceling it but I gave them my word and to me, word is bond… happy I followed-up!
- Advertising really takes away from the interview process – it’s an interruption especially at the very beginning of the show!
