Trotec atmos filter
Filter out the fine particulates and fumes generated during the laser marking, engraving and cutting process. This unit not only extends the life of your machine but also protects you and the environment.
It features automatic power control which dynamically adjusts the exhaust rate based on the saturation level of the filter, producing optimal filtration and a digital control panel with easy access.
The Atmos laser exhaust system comes equiped with brushless continuous flow turbines, making it virtually maintenance free and an energy saving mode which interfaces with Trotec’s JobControl which automatically turns it on and off between jobs.
Options:
- replacement filter
- replacement activated carbon
- sound insulation for quieter operation
- cleaning set for the laser
- ventilation connection for external exhaust
trotec laser atmos compact
This compact exhaust system fits perfectly under your Trotec Rayjet through Speedy 300 range of laser cutters and engravers saving floorspace in the process. It can be controlled from the screen and filters out odors and particles generated from lasering.
It features automatic power control to get optimal exhaust rates regardless of filter saturation, bi-directional controls with realtime feedback within Trotec’s JobControl software, brushless turbines for maintenance free operation and easy access to replace filters.
Options:
- replacement filter
- replacement activated carbon
- sound insulation for quieter operation
- cleaning set for the laser
- ventilation connection for external exhaust
Trotec Laser prefilter
Trotec Laser offers prefilters specifically designed to help extend the lifespan of your exhaust system by removing sticky dust and gases before they enter the filtration unit. Perfect for applications that require the heavy use of acrylic, wood or stamp rubber.
They also have the added benefit of being incredibly easy to use, use-up minimal floorspace and greatly reduces the costs of replacing filters.
Trotec exhaust vent
If you don’t need to have the exhaust from your laser filtered, consider getting a vent exhaust fan to send the particulates and fumes directly outside. Our fans are designed for long-term and failure free operation.
Trotec CeramiCore Technology CO2 Laser Sources from Iradion
This is big news, not only is it a more stable laser source but it also runs at a third the power of competing laser tubes!
Trotec Laser Remote iPhone App
I’m told that there are versions coming out for other operating systems as well.
Evright.com: Laser Engraving a Notebook
Lasers can engrave a host of materials -here’s a video of Evright.com engraving my laptop with the CNCKing.com logo!
The i-cut option
The nice thing about i-cut is you can throw the sheet onto the bed and the cutting will be automatically (thanks to an onboard camera on the laser head) scaled and cut properly using cross hatches for reference. Great for stickers and paper projects!
Trotec Lasers are awesome, they are great fun to play with and their customer service is second to none. I cut my teeth on a few different models and out of their entire line-up, it’s the 400 that blew me away the most… having a flexx option on a laser is a great feature because it means you can have both fiber and CO2 on the same machine – which means – one laser can pretty much engrave or cut just about any material out there!
My personal opinion is that if you only have a budget for a Rayjet, borrow a bit more and get a Trotec Speedy 100 – you get so much more machine and capability including industry leading software to be all the more efficient in your operation which will have a dramatic effect on your laser machine ROI.
