Sample Holder: New CNC Project Launch

I was in need to organize my samples for my other company CNCROi.com so I designed a quick to build and assemble Sample Holder. Watch the video.

Completed model dimensions @ 6 mm (1/4 inch) thick material thick material, L: 485 W: 270 H: 115 (mm) or L: 19.1 W: 10.6 H: 4.53 (in) and as each part re-enforces the other, all you really need to hold it all together is one rubber band going all the way around or two clips at either end.

I’ve now made the files available on CNCKing.com under Digital CNC Files / CNC Laser / Business / Organizers in EPS, CRD, DXF AND AI file formats. No assembly instructions are included thus far, not really needed, watch the free 3D animation video show you how it goes together below.

I designed this sample holder so that it can be easily flat packed for trade shows I attend. If you are wondering if this design would work with a CNC router? The answer is yes, no problem, just make your dog bones and you are off to the races.
