Mars Explorer: New Woodworking Project Launched!

After I noticed the 3D mistake I did on the Mars Rover after uploading it (Mars is RED, not pink! A video conversion error happened somewhere) I decided to revisit this planet with another model to make amends as going back and fixing old work wasn’t of much interest to me. Here are the result… a MARS EXPLORER!

I think I finally got the environment for the red planet down though I see still lots of room for improvement… next model! The idea behind this model spans from the science fiction book I challenged myself to write – it sounded like a fun idea but far more work than I ever imagined.

You can see the other models from the world I constructed in the book on this page as well… including the Mars Rover. The wheels spin, and the cockpit rotates 360 degrees… it’s also got a cool storage area in the back and a motorcycle chopper-like front end!

I’ve decided to change the format of my videos a bit as well, they were getting repetitive and I also decided to promote my books at the end of it… I’m still working on my third volume so I stuck the cover of the second volume in the meantime.
