Lots of Updates… including Medieval Castle Walls B!

Just completed many updates and starting to get into the groove of CNCKing.com again after many years of absence.

Something I didn’t realize until today was that many of the videos where I laser cut the models to test them on video don’t have me talking about them at all, the reason being it was my parent’s garage where CNCROi.com began and room was at a premium and there just wasn’t time to do things properly, so I guess I go back in time to show the laser cutting and assembly but “now” to talk about what I did all those years ago.

I also updated a few more 3D assembly animations, one of which is my new favorite, the Medieval Castle Walls B.

Just to show you how old those photos are at the end, the resolution is horrible because it was done before there was HD and to avoid issues with YouTube.com, I cropped them right into the model, not all the kids all around the model playing with the Medieval Castle Walls B.

Additionally, I realized I forgot to include pictures of the finished Flying Car model in the 3D assembly animation, so that was updated as well as the Miyajima 3D assembly animation for that model kit.

While I was at it, I updated a few assembly and demonstration videos that I made about my Kangaroo Shelves model that I made with my CNC router back when I lived in Perth, Australia.

That brings back lots of memories, it was a fun model to make, the ShopBot was happy when I was done cutting that model, the temperature there was scorching hot so I had to have a fan on the CNC router to avoid it overheating in the 40+C garage I was working out of at the time.

Finally, as part of my goal to bring all the branding for all these videos and content at CNCKing.com, I also re-rendered the CNC introduction and stuck it on the homepage, I also filmed that while I lived in Perth and I couldn’t do a better job now of it if I tried.

There you have it, incremental updates being performed on CNCKing.com – I figure I won’t be done revamping everything for another year or two but I have no rush, I just do this in my lost time… an yeah, if you want to get a wonderful gift for friends and family, head over to my newest site MetalBounty.com to get your very own Drais BMT (Bike Multi-Tool).

and here’s how we make those at CNCROi.com.
