Simon’s Laser Engraved Skyline

After taking the opportunity of a lifetime and moving to paradise (Australia) to work at Evright.com, I’ve seen some amazing stuff being produced with their laser machines on a daily basis by absolute professionals in the field. Today I saw something that I thought was especially cool! Simon Moore, director of Trotec Australia, laser etched a skyline on a piece of wood that blew me away, here are some pics of his work.

I’ve always seen WoodMarvels.com as more than just “selling designs” and more of an educational site… hence the 3D animations and book publications. The site has grown to be the to-go source for laser files through the years and in that stream, talking to customers – I hope to announce some really amazing news to help people around the world produce some great looking work – to the quality I see on a daily basis – using their own laser cutter/engraver. There are a lot of secrets that are kept far too close to the vest of the best laser operators out there – I’d like to make that knowledge more widely known for the benefit of the entire laser industry!
