Laser Cutting Animals!

CNCKing.com has many animal silhouettes on the site, here is a video of them being cut out and a bunch of photographs so you can see how precise and detailed they really are. Some people have a tough time believing that the render I produce for consistency across the site is actually pretty accurate compared to the real thing.

Cutting these animals out of 6 mm (1/4 inch) plywood is a straight forward project thanks to our Industrial Trotec CNC laser. The wood is scrap from another project we recently finished.

Once the board is lifted, you can see the quality of these animal silhouettes, they still have the masking on them by the way, hence the “whitish” look to them. This is how things ship for our physical kits to protect the surface during cutting and shipping. Easily removed.
