Frederator Studios in New York

I got an interesting message from Frederator Studios in New York which I can’t say I’m too surprised about as I see massive potential if there was a way for me to sell my own ads on my videos which have hit well over 3 million views and is about to explode in a few months time. Read on…

Hello Jon,

I work for Frederator Studios in New York, and we produce cartoons for television, film, and the Internet, including The Fairly OddParents, Adventure Time, and Bravest Warriors. On YouTube, we produce and program Cartoon Hangover and Channel Frederator.

We have launched a new endeavor called the Channel Frederator Network, which is a distribution network of animation channels on YouTube and we’d love to have your channel join animators such as FilmCow and Simon’s Cat in the network.

We provide a set of tools to optimize YouTube for your content and we work with you to help capture a larger audience, and we help to promote you on Channel Frederator. Basically, if you join, you only give us the right to run ads with your content and split it with you, 70% you : 30% Frederator. You still own your content, channel, and IP, and continue using your channel in the same way.

Let me know if this sounds interesting, and I’d be happy to follow up with more specifics and continue the conversation via phone or Google Hangout. You can also contact me directly at [email protected].

All the best,
The Channel Frederator Network Team

I’m pretty sure this was auto-generated but it is interesting never the less – the “name drop” is interesting and I have been watching and seeing the potential that Ben Heck has with his web show (he also wrote the foreword to my latest book btw).

Considering the cost of the CNC machines I get the opportunity to use and the contacts I’ve had through the years with shops around the world – there is a lot of directions and potentials I could mine which will only get better once I get my Trotec Speedy 400 in a little over a month.

I have a lot of goals with CNCKing.com and it’s sister companies, from education with CNCKingdom.com to ??? for kits and a few other things in the pipeline but overall, I’d have to say what I was quoted a few years back as being the most inspirational to me.

“I don’t want kids to ask Santa for toys during Christmas,
I want them to ask for a CNC machine so they can make their own!”

That’s something that I can certainly stand behind and love the whole idea of!
