Ferris Wheel B, Stereo & TV Banks Updated

Three new updated 3D animations have been released onto CNCKing.com.

The first is the Ferris Wheel B.

The reason for the “B” designation is because the first Ferris Wheel design on CNCKing.com years ago was a bit too bulky and after designing and making the earlier version of it, I decided to make one that was a it more open and interesting features, in the process, retiring the old design.

If you compare the two Ferris Wheel designs, there are some very stark simularities in the design and build, also, when I first started this site as WoodMarvels.com, I was using wooden dowels which I later found out are anything but consistent, as such, the worse “material” to use where their diameter is very important to the finished design.

I’ve build this Ferris Wheel B design a few times, it’s always a fun project to do, very straight forward with repeatable parts.

The next design is my TV bank – I’m tired of boring banks so though I’d try to design something a little more interesting yet nobody would realize was a bank!

Again, this is a major update from a design I made 8 years ago.

I still remember rendering out these old animations and the new ones I’m releasing actually took roughly the same amount of rendering though the resolution is WAY BETTER and the length much longer.

Next-up was my Stereo Bank, after a TV bank, it’s the next logical step isn’t it?

This 3D animation of the Stereo bank is wickedly better than what it’s replacing, it’s surprising how much technology evolves over the course of only 8 years!

You can buy the digital files to make all these files using your CNC laser, plasma or router right now, just modify the design according to your machine specs and make it!
