Bus gets the DXF and HD treatment
I always had two thoughts when I first produced the 3D assembly animation for the bus on WoodMarvels.com. First is that it was lacking in imagination and the second, this would look amazing in HD. Well, I’ve solved both problems at the same time (the model hasn’t changed) with the updated HD assembly animation of the bus. I’m willing to bet you don’t see many buses fly off ramps!
The model is available, as always, at WoodMarvels.com under Category / Vehicles / Everyday with the added file format of DXF to compliment the EPS, PDF and kit forms already present. I also took the liberty of updating the product images at a higher resolution.
Now that I’m accumulating a library of wooden models, I’m able to start having them show-up in other assembly animations. This is the first time I do this but certainly not the last. In this case, David’s Attack Helicopter and my Semi-Trailer rig along with two Mobile Crane Bs made the cut. As a result, I’ve started to add these appearances throughout WoodMarvels.com when the model shows up. I think the more views you get of a model, the easier the purchasing and assembling process!
