3x Laser Cut Super Snails: 11:42 on a Trotec Speedy 400

One of my earlier models – the Super Snail with a hidden compartment under the shell, is currently having it’s render updated and I took the opportunity to also see how long it would take to cut three of them using a Trotec Speedy 400 80W CO2 – the results are very nice, just under 12 minutes (4 minutes each!)

The 6mm thick kit comes with completed dimensions of L: 20cm, W: 4cm, H: 9cm and it’s been on CNCKing.com for quite a while – fun to look back at how things began on this site and how much it has grown over the past 6 years!
