I am driven to succeed and am constantly pushing myself beyond my comfort zones in anything I choose to get myself into. I sincerely believe that the more challenging the endeavor, the more rewarding the success!

.

CNCKing.com is all about instilling a sense of pride in not only yourself but in those around you while building unique, carbon neutral models that will be cherished for generations to come! Each of our projects include a free 3D animation to see what you are about to purchase. There are a number of innovations that CNCKing.com brings to the hobby wood projects marketplace. Here are just a few:

  • You get instant gratification, once your payment is approved, you will receive the plan by e-mail or pre-cut right at your door!
  • None of our projects have measurements, NOT ONE! Everything is based on the thickness of wood you plan on using, greatly simplifying the building process!
  • All projects include a 3D animation, showing you how the pieces go together from a different perspective.
  • All our plans include full step-by-step instructions in addition to beautiful full-color renders.
  • Our designs are TESTED and PROVEN... with video proof being added on a continual basis.

We are constantly coming out with new projects for you to try out and yes, we do take requests! If you have absolutely any questions or comments... please contact CNCKing.com!

CNCKing.com's Mission

The main designer and founder at CNCKing.com is Jon Cantin.

Although I have many goals with CNCKing.com, one of the main ones is to greatly expand the knowledge of the CNC machines used to cut the designs on the site. Modern CNC machines are fun, safe than most power tools and can be used to design just about anything! If you want a chair, it's easier and more educational to build your own than to go to the store and buy one... if you know what you are doing!

I think that a world where CNC machines are common place in the general public's psyche would be far better off, you learn about material, waste, environmental issues and pollution along with improving your math, engineering and general trouble-shooting skills. These are all things you lose-out on by purchasing things instead of building them yourself.

.

Children shouldn't be asking Santa for gifts, they should be asking him for a CNC machine so they can build their own!

.

I have written many books on the subject, and am always searching for new partnership opportunities to help improve the building skills we all have but like muscles, haven't used for a while. What I've managed to do with CNCKing.com is only the beginning and only a fraction of what is possible to do with the right laser cutter, table router, 3D printer and plasma cutter.

I also believe that designers should be compensated for their time and efforts designing for these CNC machines - designing for them isn't easy and required high-end CAD programs and equally expensive computers along with a lot of experience and that isn't free so I think there is no reason why they shouldn't be able to make a living off their efforts.
